Kiazma aims to revitalise the La Perouse Precinct through an Interactive Museum of Place Narrative Art, that reconnoitres both the Indigenous and European social and cultural elements encapsulated within the periphery of the site.

Cinema is a potent medium that speaks with the language of universality, where Kiazma will be the nexus of innovation, imagination, collaboration and creative expression achieved through facets of Cinematic art.

Cinema is also a form of medicine; a means of communication that propels the process of healing our history and gaining cultural understanding. More important than ever in today's political climate.

Bold architectural gestures finished with a muted colour palette, accentuated with artificial light will intersect, extend or wrap with the existing structures of La Perouse. Framing the sky and surrounding views through the insertions of skylights and windows will reignite and celebrate the narrative lost within the precinct; to reconnect inhabitants together through a 21st-century euphoric playground.
